Founded in 1942, IAAP is a not-for-profit professional association of more than 40,000 administrative professionals worldwide located in more than sixty countries.  More importantly, IAAP is a professional organization offering educational opportunities to administrative support staff, enabling them to become better at their jobs and to help their employers be more successful.

The Greater New England Division (GNED) of IAAP consists of approximately 700 members amongst 22 chapters in New England & Bermuda.
